Belfast flight in landing incident

An aircraft travelling from Belfast City Airport has suffered a problem with its undercarriage while landing at Doncaster Sheffield Airport in England.

The incident involving the LinksAir flight happened at around 7.30pm on Friday.

A statement from Doncaster Airport said: "The aircraft was returning from Belfast City Airport and suffered a problem with the undercarriage during landing."

The aircraft is adjacent to the runway and cannot be moved until aircraft investigators arrive on site.

Doncaster Airport said the airport is currently closed and is not expected to reopen until the morning and passengers are advised to contact their airline for the latest information on their flight.

Just heard from my cousin he has just got home he spent the week with us he is very sore and shook up he took video on plane while it was landing
