The turning in of the suspect happened in the early hours of 25 February, but details - including a CCTV image of the moment - have just emerged.
The wanted man, 27, was being sought by police in connection with a number of alleged offences.
'Batman' walked into Trafalgar House police station in Bradford with his 'captive' in tow.
"The person who brought the wanted man into the station was dressed in a full Batman outfit," a spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said.
"His identity, however, remains unknown."
The 27-year-old was arrested and later charged with handling stolen goods and other offences related to fraud. He is due to appear in court later this week.
