It happened at Whitebridge Park, off the Coshquin Road, sometime between 7.30pm on Tuesday and 3.30pm on Wednesday.

A Nintendo DS was stolen from the house.

Jewellery and cash were stolen from a neighbouring property.

It is believed a bottle green 'Bag For Life' from a Spar convenience store was used to carry the goods away.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
