On Sunday police raided a home in the Mountcoole Park area and discovered cannabis plants with an estimated street value in excess of £130,000.
Police arrested a 60-year-old man following the search.
He has been charged with possession of class B drugs, intent to supply, cultivating cannabis, conspiracy to supply, and dishonestly causing electricity to be diverted.
He is expected to appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
As is normal procedure the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
Sunday's drug find comes after police searched a home in the Hopewell Crescent area on Friday and discovered cannabis with an estimated value of between £6,000 and £8,000.
Following the discovery a 31-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man were arrested.
After interviews they were released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Police have appealed to anyone who has any information in relation to illegal drugs, to contact them on the new non-emergency number 101.
