Detectives from the PSN'Is Organised Crime Branch recovered the Class B drugs following a planned search of a property in the Main Street area on Friday afternoon.
The building is understood to be a Chinese restaurant.
A man and a woman have been arrested and are currently in custody assisting police with their enquiries.
Meanwhile, a cannabis haul worth an estimated £20,000 was found at a residential property in the Burnaby Walk area of Belfast on Thursday.
A 43-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of a number of drugs offences.
He has since been released on police bail, pending further enquiries.
A number of items used in the cultivation of the cannabis were also removed by police.
