The drugs were seized following a search of a residential property in the Forthaven area on Friday morning.

Police say their enquiries are continuing.

It comes on the same day as seven men were sentenced to over 21 years in jail over a multi-million pound drugs smuggling operation.

Police who smashed the crime gang recovered over £2m worth of drugs across Belfast as part of 'Operation Saggital', the majority of which was cannabis.
