NI is falling apart politically and the police force are focused on raiding people who are in possession of a plant? Lets take a leaf out of Portugal's book and legalise & tax the drug trade, move the problem users from criminal to people health issues and clean up the whole act! That will stop the paramilitaries income, and break down half the issues in Northern Ireland!
