The singer sparked concerns after he was photographed hobbling around Los Angeles on crutches on Friday after getting hurt following the MTV Video Music Awards on Thursday.
It is believed Malik sprained his ankle while celebrating his band's three wins at the prizegiving with pal Justin Bieber.
Now the pop star has taken to Twitter.com to tell fans he is bouncing back and to thank them for their support after 'Get Well Soon Zayn' became one of the most popular topics on the social networking site on Sunday.
He writes: "Hey guys, just to let you all know I'm all good, no need to worry... Just wanna take a moment to thank you guys for being so amazing... Iv (I've) said it so many times but I'll say it again, you really are the best fans in the world... thank you for being so incredible. Love you all."
