The Saturdays singer has signed up for the upcoming second season of the TV hit, in which a group of celebrities learn diving skills from British Olympian Tom Daley, but she has been struggling through pool sessions thanks to a nasty injury.
A source told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: "Una has been putting everything into her training but is having to take it easy as possible right now because she's in a lot of pain.
"She wasn't even jumping off the board when it happened, she was practising landing in foam in a dry dive area and her foot just buckled."
The singer isn't the only celebrity contestant to suffer an injury before the show even begins - TV presenter Rav Wilding was recently forced to pull out of the show after an incident left him needing surgery on his leg.
Foden will go up against the likes of Hollyoaks actress Gemma Merna, former EastEnders star Ricky Groves and wildlife presenter Michaela Strachan when the series kicks off on 4 January.
