Aerosmith star Steven Tyler is convinced he suffers from attention deficit disorder (ADD).

The rocker admits he is a workaholic and a control freak, and he fears his irrational behaviour is a symptom of something more serious.

In an interview with America's 60 Minutes TV show, Tyler reveals he often writes song lyrics while he is driving and adds: "You know what, I'm ADD personified."

When the host asked whether his condition is more like obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), he replies: "I'm not sure about that. But I'm ADD."
