The singer was devastated last year when her ex-boyfriend Justin Edwards circulated a clip of her performing a sex act and filed lawsuits against him and five other men she accused of plotting to release the video.
But according to a new report in The Sun, Tulisa is no longer demanding damages for breach of confidence and privacy as her 26-year-old ex has no money.
Her spokesperson tells the publication it was worthwhile pursuing legal action as those involved were "publicly humiliated", adding that his client plans to recover the "lion's share" of her legal costs from bosses of the websites that hosted the explicit footage.
It has been a traumatic week for Tulisa, who was arrested on suspicion of supplying calss A drugs on Tuesday after undercover reporters alleged the 24 year old was caught on camera agreeing to arrange a cocaine deal in May.
The singer was bailed until a date in July alongside 35-year-old musician Mike GLC.
