The lego remake phenomenon is standard online issue now for many things, from famous film scenes to comedy routines, they've all received the plastic parody treatment.
However, a team in Vienna went to extreme lengths for their version of Red Bull Stratos' historic jump, recreating the capsule launch, balloon and ground crew in Lego as they prepared for the giant leap.
However, the brave Lego skydiver that makes the leap wasn't quite on the edge of space as their recreation was at a much more manageable scale of 1:350.
The video was designed to promote the Model Maker's fare in Vienna and it didn't take long for the viral effect to kick in, racking up over 8.5m views to date.
It is, as yet, unclear if it set any world records for Lego leaps.
