The Britain's Got Talent judge delivered Hollie Rose on Monday, but a complication left the new mum in a critical condition for three days.
Her representative confirmed the birth on Wednesday, when doctors finally pronounced Holden out of danger - and her celebrity pals have reached out to the star to give her their well-wishes as she recovers in hospital.
In a post on his Twitter page, Cowell writes: "Congratulations, thrilled for Amanda Holden", while Morgan adds: "So happy for Amanda Holden & (husband) Chris on the birth of Hollie Rose."
Walliams reveals his fellow Britain's Got Talent judges - Cowell and Alesha Dixon - were terrified when they learned Holden had been taken ill following the birth.
He says: "It's fantastic news, we were all worried when we were doing the show after hearing she was in hospital. We heard she hasn't been well, but I don't know more than that."
