The celebrities are refusing to let the miserable weather get them down, and have vowed to carry on with the celebrations to mark the monarch's 60-year reign.
In a post on her Twitter page, Bunton writes: "Such a shame about the weather but I'm determined to have a fabulous Royal day with my boys and family!!!!!"
Duran Duran star Le Bon revealed his wife Yasmin has "bought a complete set of tiaras for the occasion" - while fellow '80s pop star Martin Kemp tweet: "Loving the rain...So British! BBQ fired up......ah I love the smell of charcoal in the morning...."
And it isn't just patriotic British stars who are being swept up by the Royal fever - Aussie singer/actress Holly Valance tweets: "Sooo exciting! Any excuse for a party is good for me!!"
However, not everyone was up for getting drenched in the rain - Hollywood funnyman Danny DeVito, who is in London for his West End play The Sunshine Boys, took to Twitter to remark: "Thames excitement in the London! Britts (sic) thrive in this weather! Watching on TV!"
The centrepiece of the Queen's jubilee celebrations took place on the river Thames on Sunday afternoon when she led a 1,000-boat flotilla as the heart of the British capital threatened to come to a standstill for the event.
