The event was attended by around 500 guests who watched loved ones, pupils and colleagues strut their stuff in the latest clothing ranges from the high street.

Pupils aged from four to 19 from Cedar Lodge, Fleming Fulton, Harberton, Glenveagh, Mitchell House, Clarawood and Taughmonagh sashayed to their own routines and music.

The event was a special fundraiser for Special Education within the Extended Schools programme.

One of the organisers told UTV: "There is a lot of energy and sleepless nights that goes into this but after 10 o'clock hits you say 'we could do this again' because it is so well worth it."
