The cover of Korean popstar Psy's smash hit, 'Antrim Grammar Style' has already had 70,000 views on Youtube in just over three days.
The video, which involved 500 pupils, was shot in only two days.
Geography Teacher, Bronagh Lavery is the brainchild behind the concept.
"We had just seen the popularity of the Gangnam Style...we knew that kids loved it," she said.
"The kids at school were talking about it and we just thought it would be a really good idea to get everybody in the school involved in something and to maybe get something out in social media that would help promote our school."
Year 13 student Steven Fletcher came up with the new lyrics, which include the lines- "Hey, dinner ladies, hey chips and gravy".
"I tried to get a good variety of things and show all aspects of the school and not just the academic side," he said.
"I think I managed to get a good mix of everything."
Teachers have said they now hear the song in their sleep after an intense fortnight of rehearsals.
PE teacher Laura McAlpine said:"Instead of going out for rugby or hockey, for two weeks we were just practicing dancing, and then we held a few auditions to pick out some of the more able dancers and whenever the scenes were being cut we were out in the corridors practicing any chance we had, at lunch or after school, we were practicing all the time."
Video star 'Mini Psy' Ryan Worthington was also relieved to see the end of the shoot.
He said: "It was really fun, but I was a bit knackered after it, I worked for nine hours straight one day with no breaks!"
