Rochelle took over hosting duties on the programme for a day in August alongside her husband, JLS singer Marvin Humes.
The couple were a big hit with the This Morning viewers and, speaking on the programme on Wednesday, the singer said she really enjoyed the experience.
"You know when you are younger and you play 'mummy and daddy' - I felt like I was playing Holly and Phil," she joked. "It was so much fun."
"You guys have a really hard job," she told Phillip and Holly.
"It's not easy is it? Everyone talking (in your ear)."
"And really there is no one there; we just hear voices in our head," joked Phillip.
Rochelle was joined in the studio by her fellow bandmates Mollie, Una and Vanessa, with fifth Saturday Frankie currently taking a break as she is about to give birth to her first child.
The group are getting ready to release their fifth studio album and said, despite the usual gossip, they are planning to be around for a very long time.
"We are still going, we will stay going as long as anyone will have us," said Una.
"With every album the question "so is this your last one?" is always going to be there."
"Sorry guys it's not!" added Rochelle.
