Robbie Williams will appear at a charity concert organised by Take That's Gary Barlow
Robbie Williams will appear at a charity concert organised by Take That's Gary Barlow on Thursday but sources close to the singer said there are no plans for a reunion.

Both Williams and Take That will perform separate sets at the Royal Albert Hall concert in aid of Children in Need.

The singer, whose album Reality Killed The Video Star is on course to become number one this weekend, left Take That in 1995 with the group splitting up a year later.

The other four members of the band reunited in 2005 without Williams and have gone on to enjoy renewed success on the road and in the charts.

Earlier this week, comedian Peter Kay was unveiled as the star of this year's Children in Need single.

But the song is being kept under wraps until it is broadcast during the 30th edition of the charity appeal on November 20.
