Keisha Buchanan, Mutya Buena and Siobhan Donaghy, who formed the band in 1998, regrouped last year under the name Mutya Keisha Siobhan.
The trio rang in 2013 at a New Year's Eve party in London, performing their first single Overload and hit Freak Like Me, as well as a rendition of Rihanna's song Diamonds.
Buchanan took to her Twitter page to upload a picture of the reunited group and wrote: "Argggh love my sisters."
Buena added of the gig: "We promised every1 (everyone) something from us by new yrs (years) and we gave it... hope u (sic) all enjoyed last nite (night) who ever was there."
Donaghy declared: "Happy new year everyone!!!! Well this certainly goes down as the best yet."
In 2001, Donaghy became the first to leave the Sugababes, while Buena and Buchanan both later quit. The group continued with a different line-up and now features Heidi Range, Amelle Berrabah and Jade Ewen.
