The Changed the Way You Kiss Me hitmaker is suffering from painful condition achilles tendonitis.
He was ordered to rest by doctors and cancel a string of gigs last month.
However, his leg has failed to heal in time to play his planned October world shows, and he has taken to Twitter.com to apologise to fans for the latest round of axed concerts.
He tweeted: "With huge regret I've had to cancel/reschedule all my Oct shows. My achilles tendonitis has got worse and I need time to recover...
"Hoping to be back to full fitness ASAP to play my November/December shows. Details of the shows soon."
