The Planetlove music festival in Belfast has seen unprecedented interest from fans across Europe, event organisers say ahead of its September opening.
International music lovers from the Netherlands, Spain and Latvia have reportedly been snapping up weekend tickets for the two day festival which takes place at the King's Hall Showgrounds next month.
The summer event will play host to a varied line-up of dance acts this year including Fatboy Slim, Rev Run of Run DMC and Scottish DJ Calvin Harris.
Organiser Eddie Wray of Planetlove said it will be the best year yet for the event, which marks its twelfth anniversary in 2010.
"The whole ethos of this year's festival is to give our music fans the biggest and best line-up we've ever had at the best price possible," Eddie said.
"We are going for the ultimate 'wow' factor with Planetlove this year and we have enlisted the most amazing and broad line-up that Planetlove has ever enjoyed.
"It is going to be an excellent weekend for music fans."
Further confirmed acts include Above & Beyond, Kaskade, Eddie Halliwell, Mark Knight, DJ Berrie, Sidney Samson, Chuckie, Sander Kleinenberg and Slam.
Dance music brands Q-Dance, Toolroom Knights and Goodgreef will host arenas, while the complete festival experience includes a funfair, stalls, merchandise shops, bungee jump, world foods and event surprises, all located in a specially constructed festival village.
Judith Farrell-Rowan of organisers PLM added: "There's always been a healthy interest from GB and ROI in Planetlove but this year ticket sales have doubled!
"It's definitely down to our bigger line-up made known via a wider marketing campaign, but also, Belfast is a city on the up right now so people are seeking more and more reasons to come here.
"We plan to show them the greatest Planetlove in its 12 year history!"
The Belfast Welcome Centre has organised a special hotline offering advice on accommodation for the weekend event, which can be contacted on 02892 246 609.
Tickets for Planetlove can be booked through the PLM website.
