They will join Olly Murs, Sean Paul and Rizzle Kicks to play the open air festival set against the backdrop of the new Titanic Belfast building, which was officially opened on Saturday.
Up to 16,000 people are expected to attend the free festival on 13 April and MTV has confirmed that more tickets will be made available for the event.
Less than six months after Belfast made the music big time when the city hosted the EMAs, MTV will be broadcasting the Titanic Sounds event to 153 territories as part of the World Stage music series.
EMA award winning Pixie Lott will be appearing in Belfast fresh from Japan and will give a high energy performance of hits from her current and debut albums.
"I'm really excited to be going back to Belfast," said Pixie, "you guys know how to have a good time! Woohoo!"
The crowd will also be entertained by house music's newest female star Katy B, whose current hit 'Anywhere in the World', produced by Mark Ronson, samples the sounds of some of the athletes taking part in the 2012 Olympics.
Tickets are free but are subject to a £5 admin charge and will be released at Ticketmaster from 9am on Thursday 5 April.
There is a maximum of four tickets per person and they must be collected from the Odyssey box office by 3pm the day before the event.
Doors open at 5.30pm on Friday 13 April, with the first performance is expected to kick off at 6.30pm, and under 16s should accompanied by an adult.
