The couple hit headlines over the weekend, when editors at a UK tabloid alleged Malik slept with Australian blonde Courtney Webb at his London home after meeting her in a nightclub earlier this month.
The What Makes You Beautiful singer jetted back to Britain from France to be with Edwards on Sunday following the revelations, but the couple remained tight-lipped about the report.
Now Edwards, a singer with girl band Little Mix, has spoken out to insist she is bearing up under the strain of the speculation.
Speaking before a gig in Nottingham, England this week, she tells The Sun newspaper: "I'm totally fine, I'm good. I'm looking forward to the show, this is going to be the best night."
