Prison officer Sam is the runaway favourite at the bookies to take the X Factor title over Nicholas McDonald and Luke Friend - which would be a thrilling first win for her mentor Sharon Osbourne.
And she's now got both Gary Barlow and Nicole also tipping her for success.
"I'm sad that none of my girls are in the finals, but I can't wait to perform with Sam," Nicole said.
"It's going to be a diva hoe-down up there - it's going to be a lot of fun. Last year I had two acts in the final, now Louis knows what it feels like."
Gary is also left without an act in this year's final, but the departing judge reckons that might just be reason enough to return to the show in the future.
"Maybe, maybe - not next year. It's been nice. I've had three beautiful years on the show, really enjoyed it, met some friends for life, but it's time to go," he said.
"I'm going to miss everyone, especially Mrs O and Nicole and even Louis."
I've got a very relaxing weekend - you might even see my feet on the desk ...
While Nicole is dueting with Sam, Ellie Goulding will be performing with Luke and Westlife's Shane Filan will be singing with Nicholas.
"I'm really, really excited," Sam said. "I rehearsed with Nicole yesterday, went out full belt and everyone went mad. The range on that woman is unbelievable!"
Nicolas is also delighted with his duet partner, adding: "Shane's believed in me since the very beginning, so I'm honoured to sing with him."
Meanwhile, the X Factor stars that divide the nation are returning for one last group performance.
Love them or hate them, the like of Rylan, Irish twins Jedward, Wagner and Kitty Brucknell will be taking to the stage on Saturday.
In a similar vein, the live audience are also set to get a sneak peek of Harry Hill's comic musical based on the X Factor, entitled I Can't Sing - The Musical.
Among the characters is a judge called Jordy who is seen getting roses tattoed on her back before blasting herself with two cans of hairspray. Whoever could that be based on ...?
