The HBO Game of Thrones Exhibition, designed to transport viewers into the breathtaking setting of the show, will be set up at Titanic Belfast in June and will offer free entry to the public.
Belfast is one of just five cities which will host the exhibition - along with Toronto, New York City, Sao Paolo and Amsterdam.
Confirming the exhibition, the Northern Ireland Tourist Board and Northern Ireland Screen said Game of Thrones had delivered "fantastic exposure" for Northern Ireland.
"For some time now, we have been seeking to bring an accessible, public-facing Game of Thrones event to Northern Ireland and we are delighted to have been able to secure the exhibit as one of only five territories worldwide," Richard Williams, CEO of NI Screen, said.
The HBO series has achieved worldwide acclaim and we're delighted that it continues to be filmed in Northern Ireland.
NITB
Filming for seasons one, two and three of the show, based on the best-selling novels by George RR Martin, has taken place at a number of locations across Northern Ireland.
It is thought the television series has generated around £65m for the local economy.
"It has highlighted the beauty of our landscapes, enabling us to create international standout and showcasing Northern Ireland across the world as a strong potential tourist destination," NITB's Culture, Heritage and Activities Officer Helen Carey said.
"NITB will continue to work alongside trade to develop tourism experiences that we hope will encourage a global audience of fans to come and visit Northern Ireland and discover its beauty for themselves."
Filming for Game of Thrones has taken place at locations such as the North Coast, Tollymore Forest Park at the foothill of the Mourne Mountains and Castle Ward on the shores of Strangford Lough.
The HBO Game of Thrones Exhibition, featuring props, costumes and interactive elements, will visit Northern Ireland from 8-17 June.
