A dance troupe from Northern Ireland has been tipped as one of the acts to keep an eye on in this year's Britain's Got Talent, after wowing the judges and audience with a surprise twist to their act.

Innova Irish Dance Company filmed their auditions in Belfast back in January, with the scenes due to air during this weekend's show.

The girls appear to start out as a 'normal' Irish dancing act, performing in matching red dresses to traditional music.

Then some familiar, if unexpected lyrics. "Every day I'm shufflin' ..."

Belfast's got talent - I'll be surprised if we don't go back next year.

As LMFAO's Party Rock Anthem starts up, Alesha Dixon gasps in surprise and a cheer goes up from the watching crowd.

"I love it when you see a twist," Stephen Mulhern told This Morning's Eamonn and Ruth.

"Honestly, when you see it properly tomorrow night on Britain's Got Talent, it is phenomenal. I'm going to put it out there - they are ones to keep an eye on."

This year marked the first time that the open auditions in front of the BGT judges had been held in Belfast, with hundreds turning out at the Waterfront Hall.

Catch Britain's Got Talent on UTV on Saturday at 7pm.
