The Ghost actress was taken to hospital on 23 January after a pal called emergency services and told officials Moore had been left semi-conscious after having convulsions.
A representative for the star claimed she was suffering from "exhaustion" and she checked into a medical facility in a bid to "improve her overall health". She was released after two days.
Now the star is seeking additional help from professionals at the Cirque Lodge in Utah, according to E! News.
A source tells the website: "She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people."
The actress sparked concerns for her health after losing a dramatic amount of weight following her split from husband Ashton Kutcher in November.
