The group were forced to pull out of last week's live show one hour before they were due to go on stage after pregnant band member SeSe Foster took ill and was rushed to hospital.
With SeSe having an important part in their 'love and heartbreak' themed performance, producers decided there was not enough time for fellow members Rielle and Jeanette to learn the vocals as a duo.
The group was given a free pass to the following week's show, which did gain some criticism from viewers who said it wasn't fair to the other contestants.
Miss Dynamix said they will go on stage this Saturday to prove they deserve to be in the competition.
"People will always have opinions and yes, we know it wasn't the ideal situation - but SeSe's health is more important," said Jeanette.
"It was tough on all of us - we all wanted to get out there and perform our song, and I can only imagine how that must have felt for her, I can imagine she felt she'd let us down - but she didn't. There are three of us and we're in this together.
"SeSe is doing good and staying hydrated. She knows we're here for her. We are very determined to come back fighting. I'm going to let our voices do the talking and people will see why we're here. We want to prove to people we deserve to be here."
Meanwhile fellow contestant Abi Alton has assured fans that she is well enough to perform in the upcoming live show.
The young singer suffered a backstage fall during Sunday's results show and was rushed to hospital.
"I'm moving around very slowly at the moment," she explained. "My back is getting less painful now.
"I hurt it when I was coming off stage after the group song - I was putting my microphone in a box and I lost my balance, and landed on the edge of a step. It was incredibly painful but I didn't know if I was going to be in the sing-off at that point and I thought it was important I should go on for the results and sing if I needed to. I was in agony.
"After the show, I went to hospital to be checked out and the doctors said I have bruised the bone in my back and I need to rest it, which I've been doing. Now I'm just focussing on getting better and impressing the Judges with my performance this weekend."
Both acts will join the remaining X Factor contestants for a movie themed show this Saturday and Sunday from 8pm on UTV.
