The celebrities will join Javier Bardem, Viola Davis, James Franco, Ellen DeGeneres, Jane Lynch and Matthew Perry from the world of movies and TV, while Oscar-winning singer Jennifer Hudson, Usher and Jane's Addiction will be among the recipients of music honours on the world's most famous sidewalk.
Olympia Dukakis and comedy illusionists Penn & Teller will be saluted in the field of Live Theatre/Performance and late icons Janis Joplin and Luther Vandross will be honoured posthumously.
Actress Marg Helgenberger, who unveiled her own Walk of Fame star on 23 January made history on Friday when she became the first celebrity to front a press conference listing the 2013 Walk of Fame inductees.
