Madonna 2012 World kicks off in Tel Aviv, Israel on 29 May and the Aviva Stadium concert on 24 July is one of 26 European cities where she will perform.
The flexible 53-year-old entertained 100 million people in America and across the world as she performed during half-time at the Super Bowl earlier this week.
Live Nation Entertainment, the tour's international promoter, said they are thrilled to have Madonna back on the road.
"Madonna's track record as a world-class entertainer and touring artist speaks for itself," said chief executive Arthur Fogel.
"Her artistry, talent and creative productions get bigger and better with each tour and Madonna 2012 will be no exception."
The artist affectionately known as Madge, has had a career spanning more than 30 years and the tour will showcase her latest collection, MDNA - her twelfth studio album.
It features collaborations with singers including MIA, Nicki Minaj and was produced by well-known names such as William Orbit and Benny Benassi.
This ninth album tour is a return to music for Madonna, following her directorial debut with the Golden Globe award-winning WE, which chronicled the love affair between Edward and Wallis Simpson.
Tickets go on sale on Friday 17 February at 8am priced from £45.30 to £116.90.
