Lindsay Lohan has confirmed she's selling her home in Venice, California, just weeks after a man was arrested for trespassing at the property.

Lohan advertises home on Twitter

The actress took to Twitter on Thursday night to tell potential buyers not to dally if they want to live at 419 Venice Way.

She wrote: "Anyone looking in Venice should see it ASAP because offers are coming in."

Lonnie Short was detained by police on New Year's Day after he turned up on the star's doorstep and refused to leave.

He was subsequently convicted of trespassing and ordered to stay away from the actress for two years.

While she waits for the house sale to go through, Lohan has reportedly moved into Los Angeles' Chateau Marmont Hotel.
