Amelia Lily was voted out of the show on Saturday night, finishing third after a difficult journey which saw her booted out of the competition at the start of the live shows before being reinstated by a public vote in later in the series.
The three finalists rocked London's Wembley Arena, performing a solo track each and a duet with their mentor in front of 10,000 fans, in a bid to win your votes.
JLS and One Direction, along with former winner Leona Lewis and Canadian star Michael Buble, also performed on the night.
Coldplay and Westlife are set to provide the extra entertainment on Sunday night.

Little Mix and Marcus are through! So it's the end of the journey for the comeback kid, Amelia Lily, who got the lowest number of votes from the public.
Amelia says she's going on a high, after the "best night of my life".
"Can I just say thank you to everyone who voted me back into the competition. My ambition was to get to the final and I did it," she adds.
It's Michael Buble!
As Marcus, Little Mix and Amelia await the first set of results after the public vote was frozen, Canadian star Michael Buble and his band are bringing a little Christmas cheer to Wembley.

Leona Lewis takes to the stage with a cover of Hurt made famous by the legendary Johnny Cash. Leona says she is releasing the single for Christmas.
On Facebook, Kerri writes: "She was amazing!!!!", but Jenny didn't agree. "Awful... no other word to describe it... ruined the song!" She wrote.

Tulisa and Little Mix
Tulisa and Little Mix take to the Wembley stage for a mash-up of Alicia Keys' anthems Empire State Of Mind and If I Ain't Got You.

"It's an absolute dream come true," Marcus says - and now it's up to you to decide if he makes it through.
Time for duets
Louis seems lonely on the panel, as the other judges get ready backstage to help their acts in their bid for X Factor glory.
"I'm not a great singer but I would have done something, " Louis tells Dermot about the special mentor-finalists duets.
JLS rock Wembley... with One Direction! Could this be the next X Factor superband?
Big, big cheers from the crowds.
On Facebook, Ali simply tells us: "it was quite good 2".
It's time for Amelia Lily to try and win your votes. She goes back to Middlesborough with Kelly for a quick home visit and a gig.
