But they could be set to ruffle a few feathers when they join the campers in the Australian outback.

Rosemary, the stern cook who transformed unruly girls in Ladette to Lady, insists she does have a soft side and is hoping to be the camp's mother hen.

But she admits she's never slept outside in her life and some of the extra camp mates are making her a bit nervous.

"I'm terrified of snakes. Hate heights. I can climb up a ladder but I can't get down. Rats, I hate rats. Eugh! No!" she exclaimed.

Of course, being a famous chef Rosemary is keen to sample the camp meals, but is not so keen on some of the other delicacies.

"I'm looking forward to the food. My problem is it's going to taste bland because there's no salt and pepper," she said.

"When I do trials I will go for it. They will probably want me to eat which is fine, bring it on!"

Kajagoogoo singer Limahl will be heading into the outback with Rosemary and he said he's not a fan of the dark or confined spaces, but there are other things that he's concerned about.

Are they going to be real? Are they going to be a team player? Are they going to be irritating? I would not like to spend time with a character who is self-obsessed.

"Maybe the biggest challenge will be the camp mates and not the trials and the snakes and spiders," pondered the popstar.

"Bad personal hygiene not good. That would irritate me," he added.

So while Limahl fears camp mates who don't wash enough, it seems Rosemary's hoping for some eye candy.

"I would love a beautiful young man. Can't be having with a drama queen. I don't like spoiled people and I don't like lazy people," she explained.

But Rosemary might have her chance to comfort others sooner than she thinks, with Corrie's Helen Flanagan preparing to face her third Bushtucker trial.

On Tuesday the sensitive star ate a three course meal that was more bleugh than cordon bleu, while her dinner companion, MP Nadine Dorries held back from giving Made in Chelsea's Hugo "a smack".
