She has lined up four British shows plus a gig in Dublin in October as she sets off on her artRave: The ARTPOP Ball tour.

Gaga is said to have sold four million concert tickets during her career after finding worldwide fame in early 2009.

She is to play Birmingham's National Indoor Arena on 15 October, Dublin's O2 Arena on 17 October, Glasgow's SSE Hydro on 19 October, Manchester's Phones 4u Arena on 21 October and lastly, London's O2 Arena on 23 October.

Sales of the singer's much-hyped Artpop album, released last year, failed to meet expectations and did not even figure in the bestsellers of last year in the UK.
