The former Hear'Say star, who now appears in Coronation Street, wed former Hollyoaks hunk Lomas in a service at Nunsmere Hall Hotel in Cheshire, north-west England.
The couple, parents to 17-month-old daughter Polly, was joined by several TV co-stars at the ceremony, as well as their children from previous relationships.
