Kylie Minogue was disgusted by the recent publication of topless photographs of Catherine, Duchess Of Cambridge and has branded the pictures "creepy" and "awful".

The British royal hit headlines last week when French magazine Closer ran pictures showing her stripping off during a recent break in Provence with her husband Prince William.

The couple subsequently took legal action over the furore and won an injunction, banning Closer editors from publishing any more of the pictures.

Australian pop star Minogue has now thrown her support behind the duchess and condemned the photographer who took the pictures as a "peeping Tom".

She tells Sky News: "It's always crossing the line, if you're on private property you should be able to do whatever you like - that should be everyone's right. For me, that story and any like it, I don't see why that's not considered to be like a peeping Tom and that's creepy, it's awful."

She would say that, another Hypocrite. Use the media to their advantage for their publicity. But when it is the wrong publicity they don't like it. Well that is just tough. You want to be in Public eye, then live with it. Kate will never have privacy in her life now since she married a Royal. She knew this, look at Diana. She may have so much protection while in the GB but once she goes abroad she is just another celeb. Silly move of Kate going topless. She has herself to blame.
