A man accused of harassing Mila Kunis has been sentenced to six months in a rehabilitation centre after pleading no contest to stalking the actress in violation of a restraining order.

Kunis' alleged stalker sent to rehab

Stuart Lynn Dunn has been in custody since his arrest last May after allegedly spending three consecutive days at a gym and repeatedly trying to make contact with the Black Swan star.

A restraining order was already in place, stemming from when Dunn pleaded no contest to breaking into Kunis' West Hollywood home four months previously.

On Tuesday, Dunn was given credit for time already served and ordered to spend six months at a live-in rehabilitation facility, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.

LA Superior Court Judge George Lomeli also sentenced Dunn to five years' probation and extended an order of protection requiring him to stay away from Kunis, her managers and assistants.
