The couple shocked the world by confirming reports they had split after six years of marriage last month and rumours about the cause of the separation immediately swirled through the media.
Some reports suggested the singer's alleged temper was behind the break-up - allegations Seal has denied in recent TV interviews.
And it appears the pair was happy just a couple of weeks before the shock split - Klum was nothing but complimentary about her man during an interview for the British edition of InStyle magazine.
Asked what made her relationship with Seal special, she said: "I don't know why we work, my husband and I. We just do. We are black and white - yin and yang. To me, his beautiful face, great body, amazing heart, voice, his ability to be a loving, caring person and father... What can I say?
"I have a lot of fun with him. He's off the cuff. He's not fixed in his ways. And he knows how to handle me. It's always been really passionate between us."
And Klum even spoke of her future with the Kiss From a Rose singer, adding: "I'm determined to mark our wedding every year with a really great party. We all work very hard and time goes by so fast and you can stumble over years without symbolic peaks in your life to remember - so we create those."
The pair wed in May 2005.
Seal has been candid following the split, telling TV interviewers in the US the couple's busy schedules kept them apart too often and they had simply "grown apart".
