The TV star, also known as Jordan, has announced she is expecting a baby with new husband Kieran Hayler, who she married on a beach in the Bahamas last month.
Confirming the happy news, Price says: "We're all over the moon."
However, the model admits she has some worries about the pregnancy, adding: "It has come as a shock. I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous because I have experienced miscarriages in the past.
"A baby wasn't part of our plans at this stage but anyone who knows me knows I am not one for sticking to rules and plans."
Price has two kids, Junior and Princess Tiaamii, with her singer ex-husband Peter Andre, as well as a son, Harvey, from a previous relationship.
Her fourth baby is due at the end of summer.
