The glamour model, also known as Jordan, also claimed she was "100% not getting married" to her cage-fighter boyfriend Alex Reid when her divorce from singer Peter Andre is finalised.
Price, 31, and Andre, 36, met while competing in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here and the two starred together in a series of reality shows for ITV2.
Price now stars in a new series for the same channel called What Katie Did Next.
It follows Price during the aftermath of the split.
At the show's launch, Price responded to claims she was pregnant, saying: "I'm not even pregnant and you'll see that in the show. I've done a pregnancy test upstairs. They came in the toilet with me and they've watched it develop... I'm 100% not pregnant, I'm 100% not getting married... there's no babies on the agenda."
Ibiza
The first episode, broadcast on Thursday, shows Price take her close friends to Ibiza for a holiday.
She is seen trying to escape paparazzi while shooting photos for her calendar.
It also shows her getting a cross tattooed over her 'Pete' tattoo.
But the model claimed she was not upset by the split.
She said: "There's no heartache to get over, I just knew in my head I'm a strong girl. I advise all women out there, you only live once, if a man says it's over what's the point of grovelling back? It's over, move on, end of.".
Price took a swipe at her estranged husband for initiating the split and then appearing emotional about it during a one-off reality show on TV.
"It's very sad he had to film in the way he is," she said.
"But just remember he finished with me. I've never met up with him, he won't meet up with me, he won't talk to me."
She also implied he was in a relationship with former Celebrity Big Brother winner Chantelle Houghton.
When Andre was referred to as single Price said: "I thought he had Chantelle. I hear different."
What Katie Did Next is the first programme made by Price's own production company Pricey Media, but the model refused to say whether she was making more money than from her previous reality shows.
She also said she hopes the series would show her in a better light.
She said: "This show's not edited by the ex-management.
"The last four months of the show was edited by Can (Price's former management company) so I came across as grumpy. In this you can clearly see you can have a laugh with me."
