The Manchester funnyman will perform at the Falls Park on Thursday 7 August as part of the annual community festival.
Festival Director Kevin Gamble said it was "a huge pleasure and a privilege" to invite the comedian to west Belfast.
He added: "Jason was really keen to come play here and we think this year marks a turning point for Féile. We're attracting big names to west Belfast.
"The Féile reputation and that of west Belfast means that big acts now want to come and play in our part of the city. We're all about bringing the best events to people on their doorstep, and we feel this year's Féile is one that the whole community can be proud of and really get involved in."
Also added to this year's bill are 80s RnB group Soul II Soul, best known for their hit song Back To Life, and singer Paul Young.
The latest Féile line-up announcement comes after it was revealed The Kaiser Chiefs and Boyzone will headline gigs during the festival.
Boyzone will perform at the Falls Park on Saturday 2 August, while the Kaiser Chiefs will take to the stage at the venue on Saturday 9 August.
Féile an Phobail was established in 1988 as a direct response to the conflict in Northern Ireland to celebrate the positive side of the west Belfast community.
The festival runs from 31 July - 30 August and includes a programme of music, talks, tours and community events.
