Innova still have 'a few tricks' for BGT

The Innova Irish Dancing Company have told UTV's The Magazine they have "a few tricks up their sleeve", should they make it through to the Britain's Got Talent semi-finals.

The Portstewart-based group appeared during the Belfast auditions in January and wowed the judges with a contemporary twist on traditional Irish dance.Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams were hugely impressed with their talent, with Cowell telling them: "You are the reason I wanted to come to Belfast."After their audition was broadcast on Saturday, the girls said they were still buzzing from the reaction they have received."Saturday was just incredible," dancer Catherine Lamont told host Sarah Travers."Seeing ourselves on TV...I think we are still buzzing from it."Innova got four yes votes from the BGT panel and they will now have to wait to find out if they made it through to the live semi-finals, which will air on UTV next month. The girls have been hotly-tipped as one of the favourites for this year's competition and they said they were ready to show off more of their talent should they progress to the next stage."We definitely have a few tricks up our sleeves, but we're not gonna reveal any secrets just yet," teased group member Kyra Archibald."We don't want to tempt fate," added Catherine. "We don't know what happens now, so we are just gonna focus on the dancing and we will wait and see."Britain's Got Talent returns to UTV on Saturday from 7pm.The Magazine is broadcast every Monday at 8pm.
