Bosses of PR firm Parapluie attempted to sue the former model for £112,000, alleging she reneged on a promise to pay them more money when her divorce settlement came through.
They also accused her of asking them to fix her appearance on Donald Trump's US reality series Celebrity Apprentice in 2008, but Mills flatly denied the allegations and asked court officials to dismiss the case.
And in April, the legal action was ended after a judge agreed to throw out the lawsuit, according to TMZ.com.
