The Take That singer will open his tour in the city on Saturday 29 March and will also perform at Dublin's O2 on Monday 31 March.
The tour announcement follows the upcoming release of Barlow's first solo album in 14 years.
'Since I Saw You Last' will be released on 25 November, with his first single 'Let Me Go' available a week earlier.
Barlow toured as a solo artist in 2012 to acclaim from fans and critics alike, with demand being so great he could have sold it out more than six times over.
With Take That, the singer has released eight number one albums that have collectively sold more than 30 million copies. He has also been party to fifteen No.1 singles, sold seven million concert tickets as well as being the proud recipient of six Ivor Novello Awards.
Barlow has resided as a Judge on The X Factor since 2011; however he recently announced that the current series would be his last.
He said: I've had an amazing time on X Factor these past three years. A show like this needs to stay fresh and exciting so it's a great opportunity for someone to come in and take the show past its incredible ten year anniversary.
"Next year is looking to be a very busy year for me and The X Factor is a full time job so it felt like the right time to hand over the baton. I've loved being a part of the show and have met and worked with some fantastic people but most importantly, more than ever, I want to go out with the winning act this year."
Tickets for Gary Barlow live at the Odyssey Arena go on sale Friday 18 October from 9.30pm.
