Around 11,000 visitors are expected to descend on Belfast's Waterfront Hall for the chance to experience what the land of Westeros has to offer.
This year's display will focus on the storyline and events of series three of Game of Thrones with a few surprises from the fourth season.
It will feature over 100 original artefacts, including costumes, weapons, armour, set miniatures, storyboards and, of course, model dragons.
Fans will also get the chance to explore Kings Landing, sit on the coveted Iron Throne and 'climb the wall' at the new Oculus Rift interactive area.
Belfast is the home of Game of Thrones.
Daniel Portman (Podrick Payne)
Speaking to UTV, Game of Thrones cast member Daniel Portman - who plays Podrick Payne in the series - said he was happy the exhibition has returned to Belfast.
"I think it's great that it has come back home to Belfast because Belfast is the home of Game of Thrones," he said.
"And it's nice for people who really do love the show that much to have a chance to see more about the behind the scenes element of things and to see how things are made."
Sibell Kikelli, who plays Shae, shared her love for Belfast, commenting: "It's like coming home because I have been here now for four years. I love the people here, they are so nice and (I love) drinking Guinness and going out, I really love it.
Game of Thrones is based on George R.R. Martin's best-selling books and is one of several high profile programmes and films that have been shot in Northern Ireland in recent years.
The Game of Thrones Exhibition will visit numerous locations around the world, including New York, Mexico, Austin, Rio de Janeiro, Oslo, Toronto, Vancouver and Belfast.
HBO's Game of Thrones exhibition runs from 11-15 June at The Waterfront Hall.
