Early on Thursday, the New York Post indicated the Rocket Man and his partner David Furnish had recently expanded their brood after their surrogate in California gave birth to a new baby.
But a spokesperson for the couple has now set the record straight, telling Eonline.com: "Reports that Elton and David have had a second child are false."
Furnish and the singer welcomed their first child, Zachary, on Christmas Day in 2010 and are reportedly expecting a sibling for their son.
