Dappy given suspended jail term

The former N-Dubz star, real name Costadinos Contostavlos, broke down in tears as he was handed the six-month prison term during a hearing on Friday at Guildford Crown Court in England.

He was also ordered to complete 150 hours of community service and to pay £4,500 compensation and £2,000 in court costs.

The 25-year-old was convicted of assault and affray last month over the fight at a garage in Surrey, England in February last year.
