The Batman Begins star stunned Hollywood this summer when she announced her five-year marriage to Cruise was over, and she filed to legally end the union on 28 June, citing "irreconcilable differences" for the split.
The estranged couple managed to reach a divorce settlement just days later, on 9 July, and now New York court records show the case has been officially closed.
Details of the legal agreement have been kept under wraps, although the actress is believed to have been granted primary custody of their six-year-old daughter Suri, with Cruise given generous visitation rights.
