Now in its 11th year, The X Factor will see the return of Simon Cowell and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini to the judging panel, alongside Louis Walsh and new judge Mel B.
The new series will also see the return of the double auditions, in which hopefuls will have to perform in a closed room with just the judges, before singing in front of thousands in an arena setting.
Those who are successful will then be put through to the Boot Camp stage of the competition, then Judges' Houses, before hopes of making it to the live shows.
The X Factor will once again be presented by Dermot O'Leary, with DJ Sarah-Jane Crawford taking over The Xtra Factor.
In the run-up to the new series, The X Factor are asking viewers to vote for their all-time favourite moment from the show.
Fans can vote for their top clip from a shortlist of 20 memorable moments and the results will be revealed during a special Xtra Factor show on ITV2 later this month.
Voting closes at 10am on Thursday 7 August.
