Claire Danes welcomes a son

Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy have received an extra special gift in the lead up to Christmas - they have welcomed their first child.
The Homeland star gave birth to a son, named Cyrus Michael Christopher Dancy, on Monday.
It's been a stellar year for the actress; she was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award and a Golden Globe for her performance on the hit USshow last week.
Danes and British actor Dancy married in France in 2009.
